Gisele Bundchen got a really good Christmas present this year: her boyfriend Tom Brady proposed to her during a trip on his private jet on Christmas Eve. The plane had taken off from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey with two unofficially attached people and landed in Boston with those same people now formally off the market.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are very ingenious. Two weeks ago the couple "contracted marriage" on a small ceremony that was filmed for an episode of 'The Hills' in Los Angeles. But L.A. Superior Court official Allan Parachini has revealed to the NY Daily News that their wedding may not be legal and binding since he does not recognize the judge who performed it.

Parachini said: "There's absolutely no way we could say definitively that this did or did not happen," adding that neither a court clerk nor court reporter appeared to be present. Now, if what this guy says is correct, that's I call being crafty... they get the best of getting married: publicity, the legal right to have sex and lots of gifts, without the bad side of it: divorce!

Britney Spears ain't going after Paris Hilton's sloppy seconds. After In Touch magazine said in a recent article that "They've been on a few dates. They [Britney and Benji Madden] met once at The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills for dinner in a hotel suite", Britney's rep has set the record straight saying: "The claims made by In Touch are completely false. There is not an ounce of truth to any of it."
